Do not iron print, wash with similar colours under 60 degrees, do not tumble dry, dry in shade to avoid fabric fading.
If you have purchased our signature program, your T-shirt is included in the price. This will be gifted to you in person within the first couple of sessions dpending on when you gave your sizing details.

If you are ordering an extra T-shirt and you are part of our program, your t-shirt will also be given to you in person.

If you are ordering online, and are not yet part of our program (or you have purchased outside of our program dates), your order will be shipped to you.
